Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.;
Monitor entrances, exits, visitor activity, and credential verification to support authorized access for employees, contractors, drivers, and guests.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing shipping, receiving, parking, and common areas for unusual activity and/or conditions.
