** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications, data entry, and communication tools.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates must possess strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of effectively addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

+ Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery personnel documentation in accordance with site procedures.

+ Maintain accurate access-control, visitor, vehicle, and incident records, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
