Early Years​/Nursery Assistant

Location: Northampton & Surrounding Areas Pay: Competitive | Full-time

We're looking for a caring, energetic Early Years/Nursery Assistant to support young children in a warm, nurturing early years setting. If you love helping little ones learn through play, build confidence, and reach their milestones, this could be the perfect role for you.

• Support children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework
• Help create fun, engaging, play‑based learning activities
• Encourage social, emotional, and physical development
• Support children with routines, personal care, and transitions
• Work closely with nursery practitioners, room leaders, and parents
• Be a positive, reassuring presence throughout the day

• Experience working with young children (nursery or early years setting preferred)
• A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
