TEAM LEADER to lead our childrens residential home, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment for young people. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously held roles in a Children's Residential Home or Children & Young Persons setting. What Youll Need:
To be considered, candidates must have:
Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) A driving licence is strongly favourable Proven experience in a childrens residential care home Strong understanding of OFSTED standards, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory frameworks

Lead, mentor, and support your team with consistency and compassion Build trusted relationships with families, local authorities, and external agencies Champion best practices in safeguarding, care planning, and reporting Drive continuous improvement and maintain a homely, child-centred environment Why Join?
