We are currently working with a well-established nursery in Northampton that is looking to recruit Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join their team.

The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children’s development and maintaining a high-quality learning environment.
Responsibilities include:
Promoting high standards of care, learning, and development within the nursery
Taking on Key Person responsibilities for a group of children
Creating engaging and stimulating learning experiences appropriate to each child’s age and stage of development
Supporting and preparing daily learning activities and play opportunities
Helping maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the room, including in the absence of the Room Leader
Ensuring nursery practice aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Supporting and mentoring students and junior team members where required
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
A genuine passion for working with young children
Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
Strong teamwork and communication skills
