Sales Manager | Northampton £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus and outstanding hotel benefits

We're recruiting for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to join a well‑established four‑star hotel in Northampton. Key responsibilities
  • Taking a proactive approach to managing and developing key corporate, group, and catering accounts
  • Actively identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Building strong, long‑term relationships to encourage repeat bookings and brand loyalty
  • Representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and familiarisation trips
  • Developing local community connections to expand the customer base
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and demand to inform strategy
  • Supporting internal teams to deliver an exceptional guest and client experience
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality sales role

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to spot growth opportunities

  • Must have own car for business travel and client visits
