Venue Assistant - Silverstone Circuit

Overview

As a Venue Assistant supporting operations at Silverstone Circuit, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences during race weekends, live events, and major entertainment programmes. Working across bars, kiosks, concessions, and retail catering outlets, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of fast-paced F&B operations. You will work closely with the Venue Managers, operational teams, suppliers, and event staff to ensure outstanding customer service, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance while maintaining the high standards associated with Freemans Event Partners.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service within busy event environments.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in high-volume operational settings.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and industry-standard systems such as EPOS and stock management platforms.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and major event schedules, including race weekends at Silverstone Circuit.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high operational standards across multiple outlets.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to support different operational areas as required.
