Events Coordinator
- About the Role

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and customer-focused

Events Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

As Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of events, including weddings, conferences, private celebrations, and corporate functions. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring every event is planned and executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate weddings, meetings, conferences, and special events working closely with the Wedding and Events Manager, Central Events and operational departments
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their event requirements.
  • Conduct venue show rounds and attend client meetings.
  • Prepare event details, function sheets, and contracts.
  • Liaise with operational departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Ensure all event administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.
  • Upsell additional services and maximise event revenue opportunities.
  • Support event delivery on the day to ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct post event follow ups, gathering feedback, maintaining client relationships and supporting final invoicing and administration.
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in events, hospitality, sales, or customer service.
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Is confident using IT systems and completing administrative tasks.
  • Has a positive, proactive, and professional approach.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
