An exceptional opportunity for an
experienced Hospitality Assistant to bring five-star service, confidence and
attention to detail to one of our most prestigious Central London locations.

Houston & Hawkes is looking for a professional Fine Dining Hospitality Assistant who
understands what truly exceptional service looks and feels like. Working within
an elegant, contemporary environment, you will support a refined hospitality
operation where presentation, discretion and impeccable standards are expected
at every stage of the guest journey.

We are particularly interested in people
who have developed their service skills within Michelin-starred restaurants,
five-star hotels, fine dining venues or exceptional corporate hospitality
environments. You will know how to anticipate what a guest needs, work calmly
and discreetly around senior clients and deliver beautifully executed service
without ever losing the warmth and personality that makes hospitality
memorable.

• Deliver polished, attentive and discreet
  hospitality service throughout the day
• Prepare meeting rooms to an exceptional standard
• Set tables and meeting spaces with
  precision and outstanding attention to detail
• Serve teas, coffees, refreshments, working
  lunches and bespoke hospitality
• Support fine dining, canapé receptions, lunches and client events
• Provide confident food and beverage service
  with excellent knowledge of service etiquette
• Welcome guests professionally and ensure
  every interaction feels warm and effortless
• Anticipate client requirements and respond
  quickly and discreetly throughout service
• Set up, clear and reset meeting rooms
  efficiently while maintaining impeccable presentation
• Work closely with the wider hospitality and
  culinary teams to deliver seamless service
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus,
  allergens and dietary requirements
• Ensure all front-of-house and hospitality
  areas remain immaculate throughout the day

• Previous experience within fine dining,
  Michelin-starred restaurants, five-star hotels or premium corporate hospitality is highly desirable
• A genuine understanding of high-end food
  and beverage service
• A polished, confident and professional
  presence
• Exceptional attention to detail and a
  natural eye for presentation
• Warm, engaging and sophisticated customer
  service
• The ability to anticipate guest needs
  rather than simply react to them
• Confidence serving senior clients and
  guests in a discreet professional environment
• Excellent communication and organisation
• A calm approach and the ability to maintain
  exceptional standards during busy service
• A genuine passion for hospitality and pride in creating memorable guest experiences
