As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider facilities team. - • Hours to suit you, between 15-25 hours
• Working day can be from 5 hours a day, flexible to business needs
• £13.45 per hour
• No experience necessary, full training provided
• We're currently recruiting a Facilities Assistant to join our dedicated team at Sedgebrook Hall, part of The Venues Collection.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Re-grouting and re-siliconing bathrooms within hotel bedrooms to maintain presentation and prevent water damage.
• Painting and decorating guest bedrooms, corridors and public areas to a high standard.
• Carrying out general maintenance tasks across the hotel and estate.
• Assisting with the upkeep and presentation of the hotel grounds and outdoor spaces.
• Reporting maintenance issues and supporting preventative maintenance programmes.
• Ensuring all work areas are safe, clean and compliant with Health & Safety procedures.
