Mobile Fabric Technician Location NN1, Mobile across the region Hours Monday Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week Benefits include:

The Mobile Fabric Technician will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers.

The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position. ? As a qualified Fabric Technician, you will carry out:
General Maintenance tasks (wall repairs, laying carpet tiles, replacing bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning traps) Basic plumbing (replacing taps, TMVs, etc.) Basic electrical (wiring in replacement appliances) Compliance tasks (tap temps, EL flick tests, etc) The Mobile Fabric Technician will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers.

The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position. Qualifications &

Experience:

Valid UK Driving Licence Formal plumbing or electrical qualification, or any other formal qualifications relating to the role Able to quickly diagnose faults Experience in working at corporate / Commercial locations in a similar role Well provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar environment.
