Role Overview and Purpose

A Multiskilled/Plumbing Technician is required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across the site. The role involves supporting all M&E assets, carrying out mechanical repairs, and assisting additional nearby sites when required.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out mechanical remedial works

* Attend and rectify mechanical faults

* Complete planned maintenance in line with PPM schedules

* Conduct PPM tasks professionally and to a high standard

* Produce technical and situational reports when required

* Use provided technology systems to maintain compliance with contractual obligations

* Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients

* Attend team meetings and briefings as required

* Represent the company professionally at all times

* Escalate major site issues or incidents to the line manager promptly

* Maintain awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation

* Primarily based at Amazon LCY3 and may support other nearby Amazon sites

Required Skills and Experience

* Full UK Driving Licence – Desirable

* Clear DBS – Mandatory

* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing – Desirable

* Hot Water Systems & Safety Course G3 (Part G3 Building Regulations) – Desirable

* Water Regulations & L8 – Desirable

* PASMA – Desirable

* IPAF – Desirable
