Monday‑Friday, full‑time. Pay: £16.44 per hour (time & a half overtime). Company van provided.

Responsibilities

All aspects of installation, dismantling, maintenance and refurbishment of modular accommodation and welfare units on customer sites and within workshop environments.
Installing and dismantling modular accommodation units.
Fitting and removing partitions, ceilings, floors and fittings.
Refurbishment and fit‑out work.
Basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
Maintenance of canteen and toilet facilities.
Replacing locks, handles and fixtures.
General repair, assembly and maintenance tasks.
Using hand and power tools.
Supporting lifting and installation operations.
Ensuring work is completed safely and to high standards.
Providing a professional service on customer sites (client‑facing role).

Qualifications

Experience with in maintenance, fitting, refurbishment or installation environments.
Basic plumbing, joinery or general building maintenance skills.
Comfortable using power tools and hand tools.
Flexible approach to travel and working hours.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with modular buildings, portable cabins or welfare accommodation is highly advantageous.
