Plastering Technician

The Role (£40k-£45k)

Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our team of Plasterers throughout the Midlands and specifically in the Northampton area. There will be a need to travel throughout the region.

As a Plasterer your role will include:

• Rendering and skimming post DPC treatments
• Dot and Dab finishing
• Boarding and skimming
• Multi coat render systems
• Some joinery experience is desirable
• Some experience with waterproofing/membrane systems is desirable

• Proven skills in plastering
• A proactive and self‑motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage own workload
• A team player and self‑starter
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic and take pride in your work
• Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided
• CSCS card holder

• OTE £40k – £45k (Basic is £35,000)

Hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours and weekend work, for which overtime is paid.
