Skilled Labourer

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our team on a major industrial fit-out project in Northampton. This role involves assisting with the installation of large-scale industrial screens and partitioning structures within a newly developed global retail fulfilment centre.

You will be working alongside specialist installers and engineers, ensuring the project is completed safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with the handling, lifting, and positioning of industrial screens and frames.

* Using basic hand and power tools under supervision.

* Moving materials across the site safely and efficiently.

* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.

* Supporting various trades on-site with general construction duties as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Valid CSCS Card:
Essential for site access.

* Experience:

Previous experience as a skilled labourer on industrial, commercial, or warehouse fit-out projects.

* Full PPE: (Steel toe boots, hi-vis, hard hat).

* Attributes:
Strong work ethic, physically fit for heavy lifting, and a great attitude toward site safety
