Jamieson Clark Recruitment is seeking an Operations Supervisor to run our main service branches in Milton Keynes and Northampton, overseeing senior refrigeration and air conditioning engineers. You will lead teams, provide technical oversight on complex issues on site, and ensure high-quality service delivery for commercial HVAC contracts.
The role requires extensive hands-on HVAC experience, F-Gas 2079 (CAT
1) or Level 2/3 qualifications, and strong teamwork and communication skills to support
