Overview
Bathroom Fitter – Northampton
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Monday to Friday + 4:00pm finish + overtime at time and a half + progression into management + pension + company benefits
The Role- Complete bathroom installations from start to finish
- Carry out tiling, fitting, plumbing and finishing work
- Work from designs and measurements provided by the Director
- Manage your own workload across customer sites
- Work predominantly on bathroom projects, with occasional kitchen installations
- Monday to Friday, days-based role
- Regular overtime available, paid at time and a half
- Bathroom fitting experience
- Strong tiling skills
- Able to complete installations independently
- Comfortable working in customers' homes
- Reliable, professional and quality-focused
- Full UK driving licence
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Regular and stable workload
- No requirement to find customers or quote for work
- High level of autonomy
- Progression as the company expands
- Small, family-run working environment
