As a Floor Layer, you'll be working across social housing properties in Northampton, carrying out specialist flooring installations including cap and cove flooring within wet rooms. I’d be keen to speak to anyone who has worked as a Floor Layer, Vinyl Floor Layer, Flooring Installer, or Wet Room Installer.

• Installing a range of flooring products within occupied and void properties
• Completing cap and cove flooring installations within wet rooms to a high standard
• Fitting safety flooring, vinyl flooring, and associated floor coverings
• Preparing subfloors and carrying out any necessary floor preparation works
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements
• Delivering high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service

• Proven experience as a Floor Layer within social housing, domestic maintenance, or property refurbishment
• Experience installing cap and cove flooring in wet room environments
• Knowledge of safety flooring and vinyl floor installations
• A full UK driving licence
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively

This role offers a salary of up to £34,000 per year.
