At Compliance Group Electrical we’re hiring for a PAT Tester who will join our team based in the Northamptonshire area. If you have experience in PAT testing, we’d love to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll hold a City & Guilds 2377 qualification, but if not, we offer in‑house training. If PAT testing has always been a career path you’re interested in, we’d still like to hear from you.
We value not only your ability to deliver thorough, compliant PAT testing but also your commitment to providing professional, friendly service to our clients. A full UK Driving Licence is required, and DBS/security checks will be made. You may be required to work the occasional weekend depending on the business needs.

- Perform electrical testing and inspection of portable appliances to ensure each item is safe to use, make fuse changes, plug replacements and re‑terminations where necessary
- Microwave emissions testing
- Data submission – all appliance testing must be done under Code of Practice, 5th edition
- Travel as required, manage time effectively and provide first‑class client service
- Qualified in City and Guilds 2377 or equivalent, or willing to train
- Basic electrical knowledge and clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Professional approach to work; strong desire to work efficiently and thoroughly
