Our client is recruiting in the Midlands for an experienced and hardworking Legionella Plumber. They are seeking someone who holds experience working across a diverse portfolio of premises, including commercial, local authority and domestic. You must be well‑versed in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines and comfortable completing servicing and installation works. Our client is a medium‑size, privately owned outfit well known within the industry and offers competitive base salaries with a range of benefits, including overtime, a company vehicle, pension and annual leave.

• Proven experience as a Legionella plumber
• Must hold NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Plumbing as a minimum
• Advantageous to hold NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and/or the G3 Unvented ticket
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• IT proficiency
• Good literacy and numeracy skills

• Undertaking pre‑planned and reactive remedial plumbing works in line with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Interpreting legionella risk assessments to identify required remedial roles
• Deadleg removals
• TMV replacements and installations
• Tank refurbishments and replacements
• Installing POU heaters
• Servicing unvented cylinders
• Valve replacements
• Switching flex‑hoses
• Pipework re‑routing and removals
• Producing detailed technical reports
