Multi-Trade Operative – Working across various areas (within a 45–60 minute drive). Pay: £180–£200 per day. Long‑term work on large social housing contracts.
Key Responsibilities- General property maintenance
- Kitchen and bathroom rip‑outs
- Radiator replacements
- Garden posts
- Repairing leaks
- Replacing taps and mixer showers
- Wall and floor tiling
- Carpentry
- Painting and decorating
- Plastering
- Working at heights and using ladders where required
- Proven experience in multi‑trade work
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Own tools required
- Own van required
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- 40 hours per week
- £180–£200 per day
- Free or subsidised travel
- Free parking
- Ongoing work on long‑term social housing contracts
