Our client, an established and reputable main dealership based in Northampton, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-standard servicing, repairs, and diagnostics, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the dealership’s excellent reputation. Duties:
  • Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently
  • Completing repairs within designated timescales while maintaining quality standards
  • Conducting vehicle health checks and advising on additional work requirements
  • Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Maintaining precise job records and workshop documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Proven experience working in a franchised dealership or reputable independent workshop
  • Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and repair skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
