Our client, an established and reputable main dealership based in Northampton, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-standard servicing, repairs, and diagnostics, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the dealership’s excellent reputation. - Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently
- Completing repairs within designated timescales while maintaining quality standards
- Conducting vehicle health checks and advising on additional work requirements
- Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Maintaining precise job records and workshop documentation
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Proven experience working in a franchised dealership or reputable independent workshop
- Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and repair skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
