• Travel to customer locations to perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently
• Work on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
• Complete warranty repairs where applicable
• Conduct vehicle health checks and advise customers on additional work
• Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and in a timely manner
• Provide high-level customer service, acting as a professional ambassador for the business
• Complete all relevant paperwork and maintain detailed job records
• Build strong relationships with local customers and promote excellent service standards

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Experience working on both passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles (desirable, but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
