- Travel to customer locations to perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently
- Work on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
- Complete warranty repairs where applicable
- Conduct vehicle health checks and advise customers on additional work
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and in a timely manner
- Provide high-level customer service, acting as a professional ambassador for the business
- Complete all relevant paperwork and maintain detailed job records
- Build strong relationships with local customers and promote excellent service standards
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience working on both passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles (desirable, but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
