Glue Resourcing is seeking a hands-on Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role in Long Buckby. You will work on maintenance, breakdowns, fabrication, and installation of new machinery, splitting time between workshop and production environments.
The ideal candidate has strong mechanical fault-finding abilities, welding skills (MIG), and can work independently within a small team. Experience with conveyors and production equipment is advantageous.
