As a Trainee White Goods Engineer
- Field Based
, your role will involve:
- Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
- Visiting customers' homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
- Building on your mechanical/electrical experience to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site
- Recording and managing job details using our in-house engineer software
- Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence
- Providing excellent customer service
, explaining repairs clearly and professionally - Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on-the-job experience
- Salary: £26,500 to £27,000 (depending on experience) Salary reviewed once signed off training
