On offer is a permanent position with a well-established renewable heating business, covering a local York patch with no stays away. You'll get genuine responsibility across both the design and delivery of heat pump installations, with the chance to grow into a senior/lead position longer-term. The business is known for quality-led work and strong customer service, and they're now recruiting as part of succession planning and continued growth.

In this role you will design heat pump systems following customer surveys, then install, maintain and repair heating systems across domestic and commercial sites, completing inspections, diagnostics and fault-finding. This role would suit a Heat Pump Engineer looking for a stable local patch, more responsibility in renewables, and long-term progression.

The Role:

Design heat pump systems following customer surveys

Install, maintain and repair ASHP/GSHP and associated heating systems

Inspections, diagnostics and fault-finding (domestic & commercial)
Local York patch (no stays away), permanent 40 hours per week

The Person :

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
Air Source / Ground Source heat pump experience (ASHP/GSHP)
Full UK driving licence
