- Global Facilities Management Organisation CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical biased Technical Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management organisation. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of FM maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, ensuring all planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard. This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring a strong maintenance background alongside the ability to manage engineers, subcontractors and client relationships.

Package Competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) Company van & fuel card Core hours are Monday
- Friday (40 hours per week) Participation in 'out of hours' on call rota 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Generous workplace pension scheme Training, development & progression opportunities Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of M&E/Fabric Engineers across the contract Plan, allocate and monitor planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding and minor installation works where required Ensure all electrical works are completed safely and in accordance with current regulations and client procedures Monitor engineers' performance, quality of work and productivity Coordinate subcontractors and specialist contractors Ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales Review completed works and ensure maintenance records and documentation are accurate and up to date Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintained Support the Contract Manager with technical issues, reporting and operational requirements Participate in an on-call rota where required Requirements Qualified Electrician with a recognised Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Previous experience in an Supervisor/Team Leader/Senior Electrical Engineer position Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and fault finding Experience supervising engineers and/or subcontractors Full UK driving licence if the role involves travel between sites Interested?
