We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician / Electrical Engineer to join a growing team based in Northamptonshire.
The role will involve working across new-build residential properties, as well as managing and maintaining a large internal portfolio of residential properties. The successful candidate must be willing to travel nationwide when required.
The Role- Carrying out electrical installation and maintenance works across new-build residential properties
- Managing and maintaining a large portfolio of residential properties
- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs
- Installing, testing and commissioning electrical systems
- Carrying out inspections and electrical testing where required
- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with current regulations and safety standards
- Working alongside other trades and contractors
- Completing job sheets, reports and relevant documentation
- Travelling nationwide when required, including occasional overnight stays
- Fully qualified Electrician - Essential
- Relevant electrical qualifications
- Strong experience in residential electrical work
- Experience working on new-build residential properties
- Experience with maintenance and repair work
- Good knowledge of current electrical regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in or within a commutable distance of Northamptonshire
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- £60,000-£65,000 basic salary PAYE, depending on experience
- Overtime and bonus opportunities
