Position: NBIH Health Care Receptionist Role

In this role, you will support the director in managing the health facility’s operations efficiently. Ideal candidates must have a diploma in Medical Office Administration or relevant healthcare experience, proficiency in scheduling, and excellent communication skills. You will handle confidential materials while ensuring compliance with privacy laws and fostering community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient bookings and scheduling processes

• Support office administration and maintain organization

• Safeguard confidential health information and privacy

• Operate and manage office equipment like faxes and scanners

• Engage with diverse community members and clients

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or extensive relevant experience

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Expertise in Microsoft Office and medical records software

• Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License required

• Completion of background checks is mandatory
