Key Responsibilities:
- Performaccuratepatientregistrationanddataentry,ensuringallinformationiscompleteandup-to-date.
- Verifypatientinsurancedetailsandprocessnecessarydocumentation.
- Provideexceptionalcustomerservice,assistingpatientswithinquiriesandappointments.
- Scheduleandcoordinatepatientappointmentsefficiently.
- Maintainandupdateelectronichealthrecordswithprecisionandconfidentiality.
- Communicateeffectivelywithpatients,families,andhealthcareprofessionals.
- Managemultipletaskssimultaneouslyinafast-paced environment.

Requirements&
Qualifications:
- Completed High School education .
- Entry/Juniorlevelexperience(0-2years) isideal;weencourageallinterestedcandidatestoapply.
- Proficiency in Data Entry ,Patient Registration,Insurance Verification,Customer Service,Appointment Scheduling,and Electronic
Records systems. - Strong Communication,Confidentiality,Multitasking,Organizational Skills,and Computer
Proficiency. - Bilingualism in English and Frenchisrequired .
- Abilitytoworkonsiteatour Sturgeon Falls location .
- Successfulcompletionofa Medical Terminology course .
