We are hiring a part-time Skilled Labourer to aid in residential excavation and septic installations. This position involves various responsibilities including operating tools, loading materials, and ensuring a clean site. Ideal candidates are physically capable and possess a willingness to learn and work alongside others in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with residential excavation and septic installation tasks

• Help with trenching, grading, and back filling

• Safely operate hand tools and other equipment

• Load and unload materials effectively

• Perform basic checks and maintain equipment

Requirements:

• Experience in excavation or related fields is a plus

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work outdoors

• Valid driver’s license preferred for reliable transport

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in teams

• Experience with skid steers or mini excavators is beneficial
