In this dynamic position, you will tackle hands-on challenges, reading blueprints while ensuring quality and safety on every project. Your work will involve installing trim, doors, and flooring alongside mentoring other less experienced team members. Each job completed reinforces community recovery and demonstrates your craft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frame and install structural elements accurately

• Hang and finish drywall installations

• Ensure proper tool usage and job site safety

• Conduct training sessions for crew members

• Carefully read and analyze project blueprints

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in construction

• Enrollment in a carpenter apprenticeship is an asset

• Capability to operate hand and power tools

• Valid G class driver’s license needed

• Must be able to lift heavy materials
