This apprenticeship role, for 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year students, supports preventive and corrective maintenance within a manufacturing environment. You’ll work alongside journey persons, improving both your expertise and the operational efficiency of equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help perform preventive maintenance on production systems
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment
• Participate in replacing and aligning components
• Read and interpret blueprints and maintenance documentation
• Record maintenance activities accurately in logs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Currently in your 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of apprenticeship
• 2-3 years of practical maintenance experience
• Familiarity with high-volume production equipment is a plus
• Commitment to following safety guidelines
