Take your career to the next level as a Gas Service Technician II, focusing on propane and natural gas systems. This position involves installations, inspections, and servicing both residential and commercial clients.
In this role with a dynamic company, you will apply advanced technical expertise in installations and maintenance of propane tanks and appliances. The position requires a strong grasp of CSA B149 code and ongoing collaboration with the Service Coordinator for effective scheduling and problem resolution. Exceptional customer service is essential as you work to ensure safety and quality in every task.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and service propane and natural gas systems
• Inspect and troubleshoot propane tanks and appliances
• Maintain and stock service truck inventory
• Deliver accurate service documentation and customer interactions
• Conduct vehicle and site inspections regularly
Requirements:
• Valid Provincial gas fitting certificate (G2 minimum)
• 2-5 years relevant industry experience
• Advanced knowledge of propane and natural gas systems
• Strong compliance knowledge of CSA B149 code
• WHMIS and TDG certifications required
