In this full-time position, you will provide on-site services for both new and existing clients, focusing on emergency repairs, installation diagnostics, and preventative maintenance. Your responsibilities will also include assessing equipment issues, documenting findings, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform 24/7 on-call emergency repairs and servicing
• Diagnose and repair equipment at customer sites
• Provide training on equipment operation and maintenance
• Conduct technical analysis of system enhancements
• Assist less experienced technicians and lead small projects
Requirements:
• Technical degree with five years of related experience
• Proficiency in reading hydraulic schematics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
• Valid driving record preferred
