In this role, you'll provide complex customer support and maintain equipment with minimal supervision. Working with hydraulics and welding, you'll conduct repairs, installations, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position entails diagnosing issues, communicating solutions, and recommending enhancements to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform on-site emergency repairs and upgrades
• Diagnose and assess equipment problems accurately
• Conduct technical analysis of product modifications
• Inform customers of service status and improvement options
• Provide training and technical support to clients
Requirements:
• Technical degree and five years of related experience
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics effectively
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 100 pounds
• Excellent driving record is preferred
