Sandvik Mining is seeking a Maintenance Technician with Red Seal Certification. In this hands-on role, you'll perform mechanical tasks, execute preventive maintenance, and coordinate contractor activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment
• Analyze and execute equipment improvements and modifications
• Coordinate external contractors and oversee activities
• Implement preventive maintenance programs effectively
• Document repairs, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
• Red Seal Welding Certification required
• 1-2 years Red Seal welding experience in manufacturing
• Experience with mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
