Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management
- Event support
- Travel arrangements
- Expense reports
- Bridge communication between departments
- Primary point of contact (supporting 5+ executives)
- Strong organizational skills
** Experience with Coupa is a plus!
Start date:
asap
End date: ~1 month (could extend)
Hours:
M-F | 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $28+ (dependent on exp)
