Come join our team and build upon your Customer Service Experience! CoWorx is looking for candidates to join our seasonal team in Northborough, MA as a Call/Sales Representative! This is an in office position expected to last 3 plus months. This is a great resume builder where you’ll learn some valuable and transferrable skills to take you further in your career!

Seasonal role, expected to last 2 to 4 months.

• Fielding initial calls from customers.
• Handwriting customer information to pass along to CSRs.
• Provide customer with general information including pricing.

• Looking for any type of customer service experience (retail workers welcome!)
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have basic math skills and neat handwriting.
• This role requires proficiency in English to complete documentation and follow safety instructions.
