• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Provide administrative support to dealership departments as needed
• Help create a luxury-level guest experience for every customer who visits our dealership

• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Previous receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
