A leading energy utility company is seeking a Vice President to oversee engineering within its New England Electric business. The candidate will lead a team of around 300 employees, ensuring effective asset management and driving innovation for the decarbonization of the electricity grid. Responsibilities include defining engineering frameworks, optimizing asset lifecycle management, and providing executive leadership. A bachelor's degree in engineering and substantial leadership experience in the utilities sector are required.

Salary is approximately $260k to $340k, based in Waltham, MA, with a hybrid on-site schedule.
