Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Pause Wellness Center is seeking licensed or pre-licensed clinicians to join our collaborative group practice in Northborough, MA. This is a fee-for-service position with a clear pathway to full-time salary and benefits as you build your caseload. We provide clinical supervision, administrative support, steady referrals, and a professional office environment—you provide excellent clinical care.

• Competitive fee-for-service compensation that grows with your caseload, with transition to a salaried, benefited position once you reach full-time status (25 sessions a week)
• Clinical supervision available for pre-licensed clinicians working toward licensure
• Weekly meetings to connect with the team and receive case consultation
• All administrative support handled: billing, scheduling, and insurance credentialing
• Established practice since 2018 with steady client referrals

• Provide compassionate and effective therapy to clients, helping them achieve their mental health goals
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and share insights during weekly team meetings
• Participate in case consultations to refine treatment approaches and improve client outcomes
• Support co-workers by sharing knowledge and offering guidance

• Master's degree in a related field
• Active MA license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) OR pre-licensed status
• Strong clinical skills with various age groups and presentations
• Self-motivated with the ability to build and manage a caseload
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth
• Scheduling flexibility that works for you and meets client demand (evening availability accelerates caseload growth)
