Lexus of Northborough is seeking a proactive, people-focused HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for an organized self-starter who understands Massachusetts employment laws, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about being a true voice for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, promoting open communication and advocacy

• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts employment laws and HR best practices

• Coordinate employee schedules, onboarding, and personnel documentation

• Schedule manufacturer training classes keep track of employee training progress

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and orientation processes

• Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR reporting

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR files

• Partner with leadership on employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Massachusetts employment and labor laws-THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR POSITION

• Prior HR coordination or generalist experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Self-starter who can work independently and handle confidential information with discretion

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to supporting employees

• Automotive or multi-location experience is a plus
