Computer Technician

Our client, an industry leader in technology support and hardware solutions, is seeking a dedicated Computer Technician to join their team. As a Computer Technician, you will be an essential part of the IT support department, assisting in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of computer hardware and peripherals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Test, update, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair high volumes of hardware including computers, laptops, and peripherals

+ Remove and add RAM and other hardware components as needed

+ Take stock and inventory of hardware and parts to ensure proper tracking and management

+ Navigate BIOS settings on various laptops and desktop computers

+ Maintain inventory control and perform quality assurance checks

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED required

+ Basic understanding of computer components and hardware troubleshooting

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
