As the Program Coordinator, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Vocational and CBDS programs while providing leadership to staff and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day Vocational and CBDS program operations.
  • Develop meaningful employment, volunteer, and community opportunities for individuals served.
  • Supervise, coach, and support program staff while fostering a positive team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with DDS, CARF, Department of Labor, and other regulatory standards.
  • Monitor program quality through audits, documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with families, guardians, employers, funding agencies, and community partners.
  • Assist with budgeting, strategic planning, and program development.
  • Promote innovative employment and skill-building opportunities that maximize independence.
  • Participate in the agency's management team and help drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in human services.
  • Experience supervising staff and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of Massachusetts adult service systems, including DDS and vocational programming.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and program development is a plus.
  • Passion for person-centered services and community inclusion.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain CPR/First Aid, MAP, and SOLVE certifications.
