Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday 11:45 pm-8:30 am. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires, perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
  • Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Operate equipment safely at heights of up to 25 feet, ensuring adherence to safety policies.
  • Maintain a constant presence on the move, working on your feet for extended periods and working overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory) as business needs require.
  • Perform other job‑related tasks and follow any job‑related instructions from a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical demands:
The employee must be capable of lifting products up to approximately 80 pounds and exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. The job requires operation of equipment safe with or without reasonable accommodation.

Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except steel/composite toe boots.

Work environment:
The employee may be exposed to local weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
  • Abide by all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Ability to pass forklift certification.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
