POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Sunday‑Thursday 11:45pm‑8:30am. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and place tires, assisting with inventory control.
- Consistently lift 50 pounds throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Apply up to 40 pounds of pushing force when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work safely at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment on tall stock racks.
- Remain on the move, working on feet for extended periods and willing to work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments, such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will‑call, as business needs dictate.
- Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical demands:
The employee must operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Pushing forces up to 40 pounds and team lifts or mechanical equipment are required for handling commercial tires. Protective equipment includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL); all are provided by U.S. Auto Force except for boots.
Work may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience, or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force when working with barrels or agricultural tires.
- Ability to work safely at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Compliance with all company safety policies and state, federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Adherence to instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (THC/marijuana not tested).
