Position Overview
UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in the Urgent Care department at UMass Memorial Health – Milford Regional Physician Group. This per diem position is located in Northborough, MA and offers competitive compensation.
Compensation: $85.00 per hour
Schedule: Per Diem

Key Highlights- Walk-in urgent care providing same-day treatment for non-emergency illnesses and injuries
- Serves a broad Central Massachusetts community with multiple locations (e.g., Milford, Franklin, Hopkinton, Medway, Northbridge)
- Predictable urgent care schedule vs. hospital-based call
- Diverse patient mix (adult + some pediatric cases)
- Strong APP collaboration
- Supportive infrastructure with imaging/lab onsite
- Growing network and system alignment
- Epic EMR
- A Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Eligible or current Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable)
- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required.
