Flex Security Officer

Securitas is hiring a Flex Security Officer to provide professional on-site protection across varied client locations. In this role, you'll control access, monitor entrances and exits, conduct interior and exterior patrols, and respond to alarms and incidents while delivering excellent customer service. You must be available 24/7 for changing schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities

• Provide visible security presence and professional customer service at client sites
• Control access, verify identification, and monitor entrances/exits
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols and safety checks as assigned
• Observe, detect, and report security or safety hazards and unusual activity
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents following post orders
• Complete clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Operate security equipment such as radios, badging systems, and CCTVAdapt to changing schedules and sites with 24/7 availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Follow Securitas and client-specific policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Participate in required training and maintain all necessary certifications and licenses
