Securitas is seeking a Part-Time Hospital Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a healthcare facility. You will supervise security officers, coordinate post assignments, and ensure adherence to hospital safety and privacy protocols. Responsibilities include incident response, access control, patrols, and detailed reporting. You will partner with hospital staff to support a safe, welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and employees. The role requires strong leadership, calm decision-making under pressure, excellent communication, and a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and compassionate customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support hospital security officers on shift
- Coordinate post assignments, schedules, and daily briefings
- Oversee access control, patrols, and visitor management
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and promptly
- Prepare accurate incident, activity, and shift reports
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety, privacy, and security policies
- Serve as primary on-site security contact for hospital staff and visitors
- Train and coach officers on procedures, customer service, and safety
- Conduct site inspections and recommend security improvements
- Promote a professional, courteous, and safety-focused culture
